While Yavapai County Planning and Zoning (P&Z) hearings are currently on hold, after restrictions on gatherings are removed, P&Z will be considering the developer’s request to rezone Spring Creek Ranch.

A key factor in the previous vote against rezoning was the large outpouring of opposition by residents to this proposal. In the interim, the developer has worked hard to marshal support, obtaining signatures on a petition.
